Andy Cronan Wins Howell's 'Luck of the Irish' Contest

Andy Cronan, of Guernsey Tingle Architects, was the winner of Howell Creative Group's "Luck of the Irish" contest in Howell's March 2009 ad for the Greater Williamsburg Chamber & Tourism Alliance's Outlook newsletter.
